August 2021 Wrap-Up

I’m finally bringing back my monthly wrap-ups. This year unfortunately got away with me and I haven’t managed to do a monthly war-up since February. However, I am determined to get a wrap-up up for the remaining months of the year. So without further ado here is my monthly wrap-up for August 2021.

– Favourites –

  • Started bullet journaling again this month and I am absolutely loving it.
  • Buddy Reads with Matt @qu.lit. We started and finished Middlemarch this month and also started reading Anna Karenina on the 30th.
  • Had dinner out for the 1st time in nearly 2 years – we went to one of my favourite restaurants, Pizza Express.
  • Had lunch out at a beautiful cafe called Nutmegs -A cute little cafe that my Aunt use to love going to when she was alive.
  • Had my second vaccine this month – I’m so pleased to be fully vaccinated now.
  • My charity shop find of the month was: My Jack Skellington cookie jar from Nightmare Before Christmas – (official, exclusive Disney piece) – It was in perfect condition and was only £10 (A gifted from my parents).
  • Just books in general – book mail, charity shop finds, etc.
